Honouring your loved one
Planning a Remembrance Ceremony is tender and deeply personal, and I want every part of the process to feel clear, safe, and respectful. These Terms & Conditions are here to make sure we share the same understanding from the very beginning, so that you can feel held and supported, and I can focus fully on creating the ceremony your loved one deserves.
They outline what The Soul’s Departure is (and isn’t), how bookings and payments work, what you can expect from me, and what I ask from you in return. While they may look a little formal, at their heart, they are about protection, clarity, and care: for you, for me, and for the sacred space we will create together.
